THE TUNISIAN ACCUMULATOR ASSAD

The Company “The Tunisian Accumulator Assad” informs its shareholders that on Thursday, May 27, 2021, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Tunisian Accumulator ASSAD and ACTIA Africa was held in Tunis.
Through this partnership, a first milestone in the program has been set which will allow the two companies to develop synergies and in particular the Assad group to adapt to technological developments in the market and position themselves in the lithium battery segment.
